Vitro Pharma Machine provides Capsule Polishing Machine which is used for polishing of capsules after filling operation. The capsules move into the conveyor revolve along their axis due to the angular guides and thus can be inspected minutely.
The section consists of the followings:
- Hopper
- Dry powder collector made of Stainless steel.
- The section consists of a variable speed conveyor
- Filter cloth
- Revolving variable speed spiral nylon brush
- Stainless steel powder collector
- Vaccum dust collector
- Each capsule is polished double in two chambers so conveyance a shiny end.
