Vitro Pharma Machine provides Oscillating Granulator which is used for gentle homogenization, size reduction, grading and sieving of dry, sensitive powders and granules in the pharmaceutical, chemical and food industries. This Oscillating Granulator has one rotor with five edges which oscillate on a horizontal axis at about 180 per minute. Oscillating Granulator plays an important part in the process of granulation in tablet making as the quality of the tablet is determined by the virtue of the granules used for its compression.
- Oscillating Granulator can be used for a wet and dry aspect of the granulation process quality of granules are better compared to other processing machinery like a multi mill, comminuting mill etc.
- Each contact parts are in stainless steel mounted on a base adjustment, cleaning and operation are simple sturdy, durable and better productivity.
