Vacuum Tray Dryer

Vacuum dryer is the equipment through which vacuum drying is carried out. Nowadays Vacuum dryers are now are made of stainless steel which helps to bear the high vacuum pressure without any kind of deformation. The oven has air tight locking which is connected to vacuum pump to reduce the pressure. The hollow trays in the oven increase the surface area for heat conduction. The dryer door is shut tightly for the steam to pass through the space between trays and jacket for the heat transfer to occur by conduction. Once the water vapour is sent to the condenser the vacuum pump is disconnected after drying.

• All stainless steel 304 / 316 / 316L CGMP or mild steel externals with stainless steel internals (vapor and product contact parts).
• Fully welded skirt on vacuum dryer body for flush mounting through the wall.
• Hollow pad type heating shelves which are easily removable for maintenance.
• External insulation of dryer with protective panels in stainless steel or mild steel powder coated.
• Condensor and condensate receiver fitted on the dryer body or stand alone for remote installation.
• Dedicated fluid heating and circulating systems. These can be steam or electrically heated. Fluid heating systems are available for water as well as thermic fluid ( for temperature requirements above 95 degree centigrade ).
• Can be designed to customers specific requirements.
• Validation ports and nitrogen purge nozzles.
• Double door loading available for larger models.
• Steam sterilisable models available.
