Vitro Pharma Machine provides Steam Sterilizer-Table Top Model which is a small & simple to operate and autoclave for sterilization of linen, glassware, syringes, instruments etc. This Steam Sterilizer-Table Top machine is mainly intended for used in doctors and dentists surgeries, outpatient clinics, laboratories & hospital wards. Some of the internationally accepted combinations of temperature and time for sterilization are:
- 118°C HELD FOR 30 MINUTES.
- 124°C HELD FOR 15 MINUTES.
- 129°C HELD FOR 10 MINUTES.
The Steam Sterilizer-Table Top Model is supplied with desired set pressure to suit the sterilization temperature..
- Power Supply - 3 Phase 440 Volts 50 Hz (single-phase 220 volts also provided.)
- Power Requirement - 3 kW.
- A low water protector unit is incorporated in the steam generator whereby if the water does not cover the electric heaters the electric current will cut off and the heaters will not be damaged.
- A pressure switch is also provided in the electrical circuit where the temperature in the chamber is maintained within 1C.
- This Model also provides pressure gauge and dial thermometer.
- These sensitive safety valves are provided to ensure added safety.
- The radial arm protection arrangement ensures most safety and ease of operation.
- Two stainless steel parts are provided with sterilizer as standard accessories.
- The chamber, backplate and door are made from tested, 304 grade of stainless steel. The radial arm locking arrangement is of high tensile steel for maximum safety of the door.
